The ACF Black Hills Chapter of Professional Chefs is deeply committed to culinary education at all levels. We actively support student culinarians at both the collegiate and high school levels, helping to develop the next generation of culinary professionals in the Black Hills region and all of South Dakota.
Mitchell Technical College
The ACF Black Hills Chapter of Professional Chefs proudly supports the culinary program at Mitchell Technical College. We provide scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and connections to professional networks for Mitchell Tech culinary students.
Stevens High School — ProStart
ProStart is a national high school culinary and restaurant management program. The ACF Black Hills Chapter supports the ProStart program at Stevens High School in Rapid City, helping students develop foundational culinary skills and explore careers in the food service industry.
