The ACF Black Hills Chapter of Professional Chefs is a local chapter of the American Culinary Federation, a national professional organization for chefs and culinary professionals.
Committed to Advancement
We are committed to advancing the culinary profession through education, apprenticeship, certification, and community involvement. Our members include executive chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs, culinary educators, and students who share a passion for the craft.
Actively Supports Students
The chapter actively supports student culinarians at Mitchell Technical College and through the ProStart program at Stevens High School, helping to develop the next generation of culinary professionals in our region.
Community Driven
We also engage with local not-for-profit organizations through hands-on support and charitable donations, demonstrating our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
